Meet Abby
Reform was founded by Abby Cooney. She is a fully qualified physiotherapist and pilates instructor from the UK, passionate about encouraging health and wellness to all she treats.
She is specialised in treating musculoskeletal conditions and has trained in medical acupuncture with the AACP and can provide deep tissue massage.
Abby moved to Antigua in 2018 following a career where she worked in two of Londons most prestigious hospitals treating adults and paediatrics with an array of musculoskeletal complaints. Alongside her physiotherapy work, she has a vast amount experience in providing group and individualised pilates sessions, including ante and post natal.
She is trained in all levels of APPI mat work and equipment pilates and has been teaching for 9 years in the UK, Australia and Antigua.
In 2021, Abby was accepted onto a Master of Science degree at the University College of London (UCL). She commenced study in ‘Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health’ in September 2021 and continues the degree remotely while working from Antigua. She envisages to complete the degree within the next 3 years.
Meet Meena
Shameena Bailey is a qualified soft tissue therapist.
She joined Reform Health Antigua in December 2024.
Meena has a BSc in Psychology from University of the West Indies and qualified in massage therapy over 12 years ago.
Meena is extremely passionate about the mind and body connection and overall wellness.

Meet Shanique
Shanique Peters is a Physiotherapist with a BSc. (Hons) from the University of the West Indies, Mona.
Shanique is able to see patients with any musculoskeletal issues as well as providing deep tissue massages. Shanique has trained to provide dry needling to patients and she is currently taking further studies in Women’s Health.
Outside of work, she is involved in church and community activities and is passionate about her family, friends and encouraging self-care and good health.
Meet Basel
Basel Arrouk is a fully trained Physiotherapist specialising in holistic rehabilitation. He always ensures patient care is indvidualised.
Basel has over 7 years of experience treating complex neurological, musculoskeletal, respiratory and sports related injures. He prides himself on being an evidence-based practitioner and provides compassionate care with tailored-made individualised rehabilitation plans for patients.
Basel has done further training with the Muligan Concept and therapeutic massage.
