Pilates is a body conditioning form of exercise combining flexibility and strength training to improve posture and body awareness. We use the key principles and exercises from the founder, Joseph Pilates, with a modified twist to support rehabilitation.

Classes
Reform Pilates classes are held at Energie on Thursday evenings.
Ante and Post natal sessions are available for expectant or new mums on a 1-1 or small group basis.
If you are new to Pilates, a 1-1 is recommended but not essential prior to joining class. This will allow the foundations to be taught giving you the confidence to participate fully and safely.
1-1 and small group sessions can be provided on request and offered across island, whether at Energie studio, on your boat or at your home.
